Information we process
We process account information such as email, display name, verification and session data; project information, requirements, outputs and uploaded logos; and technical and security data needed to operate and protect the service. We do not collect payment card data in this phase.
Why we process it
We use this information to operate accounts, verify email and restore access, save projects and outputs, provide planning features, respond to support, and protect the service from misuse.
External services
Cloudflare hosts the app and data and helps protect connections. Resend delivers verification and account-recovery emails. GitHub is used for a limited read-only repository inspection only when a user explicitly triggers it. Payments are not active, and MyFatoorah does not currently process user data.
Retention, protection and requests
Project records and private logos are restricted to their account owner, and protected sessions are used. Data is retained as operationally necessary and as required by applicable obligations; security records may be kept as needed to investigate and protect the service. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your data where applicable, email archqore@gmail.com.
