Current status
ArchQore is a digital service. Free use requires no payment. Project Pass and recurring subscriptions cannot currently be purchased, so there is no online purchase or refund transaction through the site yet.
If purchasing becomes available
Cancellation and refund terms for the one-time Project Pass and recurring subscriptions will be shown before payment, including when access begins, how to request cancellation, and how refund requests are reviewed. A paid entitlement will require confirmed payment through the trusted provider flow, not merely a browser return.

For questions or future paid-service review requests, email archqore@gmail.com with the issue and order reference if available, without sending card data. We will review the facts under the applicable terms without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Physical-goods return rules do not describe this digital service.
